Work out #2 - I have 10 lbs to lose!!
When I stepped on the scale yesterday and saw that I'd gained 10 lbs I was totally upset with myself. I looked back at my Facebook and Instagram posts and saw the culprit ... bad eating habits and food choices had returned. I was doing more eating out and not that eating out is bad but I was not eating what I knew I should. I wasn't working out as hard and often either so when I came back from vacation I knew I had work to put in from June 3 - June 16.
I am going to get these extra pounds off before my VA vacation in 2 weeks. I must work out at least once every day from now until that time. My work outs can and will include neighborhood and bridge walk/jogging, free weights, resistance bands as well as my trusty Leslie Sansone work outs. Yesterday morning I did 2 miles of toning for the hips and thighs. Last night I did 3 miles of fat burning and arm sculpting. I will definitely keep you all posted on when the goal is met.
Here is last nights work out that also included 60 bicycles for my oblique muscles and 40 leg raises for my lower abs followed by a fruity flavored Vi shake. I will get these lbs off. I did it before, its time to do it again. VI LIFE IS MY LIFE!!
