A.M. Workout 06/12/13 - PROGRESS!!!

Hello loves! I am in such HIGH spirits today ... well every day really but today marks the half way point to VA vacation!! YES! I am so excited because not only will I be celebrating my 43rd birthday BUT it's also my 25th class reunion. YEP ... Deep Creek Hornet C/O 88 ... we are going to have a great time! It's going to be so much fun seeing people I haven't seen since the night we graduated.

OK, back to the subject, this mornings workout. Leslie Sansone and I worked a 3 mile Walk At Home session targeting the waistline. I am simply LOVING how my mid-section is coming together. I tried my 2 piece bikini again (yes the 2 piece from Vero Beach) and there is quite a bit of difference in how it fits already. I am super excited about my progress. Consistency and persistence truly pays off.

After a great 45 minutes of total body walking I fortified my body with a Vi shake ... the BEST replenishment after working out. I love adding greens to my shakes but Kale has such a strong taste to it. I can never taste the spinach and broccoli when I add it but Kale ... WHEW! Just an FYI for any Vi Lifers and future Vi Lifers reading and looking to add greens to their shake.

I can't believe I've worked out 10 days straight, no days off! I think I can get use to this ESPECIALLY after viewing my results. On my last day, June 15th I will post actual weight and inches lost. I'm a little nervous but my clothes are saying I shouldn't be so I'll go with that. On that note, until the next time enjoy the blog! TOOTLES!!!
