P.M. Workout 06/12/13 - Tired but I got it in ANYWAY!!

Today was a great day, from my a.m. workout to a 9 hour day and back home to another workout. Nothing big tonight but I got it in! Tonight was the usual 15 minute 1 mile Walk At Home with Leslie Sansone session for fat burning and sculpting arms. After which I did 1 set of crunches (30), bicycles (25), leg raises (10) and straight leg ankle touch crunches (10) followed by a delicious, nutritious VISHAKE.

I pushed as much as I could tonight, a sister was TIRED but that's no excuse so something had to be done AND IT WAS!!

I can't wait for the big reveal at the end of this 2 weeks straight, no days off work out!
