A.M. Workout 06/13/13 - Is all this worth it?

6 a.m. the alarm goes off and UP I JUMP! I don't get up that quick for work sometimes, I guess it's all in what you love and I love health and wellness! If I don't do anything else in the early morning I must put in 15 good, hard, sweaty minutes to get my body going for the day. Today was no exception.

** PRE WORK OUT MEAL: bowl of oatmeal and water **

15 minutes does not sound like much but it has effectively assisted in creating a new body in a matter of 11 days! I can't wait to unveil the difference. I can get used to this working out every day but Sunday, June 16th, will be a rest day as I will be traveling. You can best believe I will be getting it in while I am in VA though.

As you can clearly see, my abs are coming in really well but there is still far too much fat around my mid section. That issue is being worked on via what I eat by increasing the intake of fat burning, metabolism boosting foods and how often I eat. I did a BEFORE AND AFTER comparison from the beginning of my first 90 Day Challenge (January 12, 2012) to present and here is what I saw ...

That's a big difference in 17 months and with continued healthy eating and exercise I will get my body fat down. That's why I simply LOVE the VILIFE ... that fat burning ingredient! I ask is it worth it and I answer YES!! Progress IS a process!! Are you ready to join the VILIFE?
