A.M. Workout 06/10/13

I am TIRED ... do you hear me? TIRED but what we must do is ...

In other words NO EXCUSES!!! Anything that you want you work hard for it, fitness and being healthy is no exception!!

I started with the usual 15 minute 1 mile WALK AT HOME with Leslie Sansone. When I don't have a lot of time before work this is the BEST, calorie burning, sweat making workout there is. It focuses on burning fat and sculpting the upper body BUT all of her workouts incorporate every muscle from head to toe so you get a FULL BODY WORKOUT!

Immediately following this 15 minute routine I finished my morning workout with 80 crunches, 80 bicycles and 50 leg raises. Last night I did 105 crunches and bicycles topped off with 75 leg raises. I think my abs are tired! I pushed to complete those this morning.

Yes the pink bonnet made an appearance for the floor work. I'd just moisturized my hair and didn't want any thing on my floor in my hair. Feel me? And to replenish my body and the fluids lost with this heavy sweat I made a VI SHAKE consisting of 8 oz of Vanilla Silk Mike, 2 scoops of Vi mix, 1/2 banana, 1/2 cup of broccoli and a handful of granola. I am fortified and ready to ride the day! I am going to get this weight off of me if its the LAST thing I do! Are you ready to join me yet? Join the VILIFE!!
