How much do you love those who depend on you? Is your health worth working for?

One of the biggest excuses I hear when discussing health and wellness is how people can't stop eating. It seems like I'm talking to a brick wall when I explain how you shouldn't stop eating but actually start eating more, often as you want to be exact AND when you want BUT make healthier choices.

In order to get healthier you must eat healthier and more often to keep your body energized so that it can use that fuel to burn the fat that's been stored for only YOU know how long. You can not expect all you've accumulated over time to go away instantly. The slower the process the better the progress and you're more likely to stick to being healthy because you truly worked hard for it.

REMEMBER THAT!!!

When I first started in the VILIFE there were so many negative comments and everyone had something to say about this 'SHAKE'! The funny part is most of these comments came from people who have tried SEVERAL 'diets' and were unsuccessful so now they are totally disgruntled about everything as a result. Most of those same people didn't put in a lot of effort either because results were not seen instantaneously.

Anything worth having is worth working hard for, don't you agree? If you want a promotion on your job you do more to assure all of your I's are dotted and T's are crossed, right? When you want to become a homeowner you get everything taken care of on your credit to make sure there are no reasons for a denial from the bank, right? If we can put that much effort into those things why can't we put as much effort if not more into taking care of our bodies?

Yes it's all hard work but it's worth every ounce of blood, sweat and tears. One thing we have to realize is that no matter how hard it is the benefits are so rewarding. If you become ill due to reasons you COULD control and are unable to work what happens then?

Promotion or not you aren't making money so that new house or anything else material is non-existent. At what point do we commit to getting healthy and stop making excuses? You only have one body, there's only one you ... TAKE CARE OF IT!!

Sometimes I look back over my VI posts, pictures, previous blogs, etc and think WOW

... it looks so easy but I know what all it took to get where I am today and I wouldn't trade places for anything. There were days I cried and felt like this is not for me, I don't want to do this anymore BUT I remember the words of my cardiologist. I began to think of those that depend on me and what would they do if I were to leave them now due to a condition that I had the ability to control ... stopping was NOT an option and that remains the same! When I get the urge to quit I remember this ...

I don't have the body I want so I must work harder and that's exactly what I do!

I wrote this as a plea to any and everyone who is not healthy to take action in getting yourself in a healthier place. I am not speaking of size because there are some healthy big people and unhealthy small people but speaking of overall health. Your mode of transportation, your vehicle to healthiness is totally up to you as you have to do what works BUT DO IT! I chose the VILIFE because I didn't eat enough within a 24 hour time frame and the VILIFE provided 2 fortified, vitamin and nutrient packed meals that would provide my body with EVERYTHING it needed to function. What's in a VI shake you ask? Well let me show you ...

Now you tell me WHAT meal you can eat that would provide your body with all of this without making you over indulge? Twice a day this is what my body was provided with and I could make the shake ANYWAY I so desired! There was not a chocolate, vanilla, etc flavor it was and is WHAT IT WANT! Here are a few examples:

Would you look at that??? These are just a few of the hundreds of choices you have with the 90 DAY CHALLENGE!! You can make shakes AND cook with the mix so you know you are ALWAYS getting optimal nutrition! Now keep in mind this is just 2 meals, you still have 3-4 more to go 1 of which needs to be a full meal. Healthy snack options are a must in any healthy lifestyle change so do some research and pick what works best for you and make a move! It doesn't take much just the 4 D's: DETERMINATION DEDICATION DEVOTION AND DRIVE to stick with it and get it done! I'm overly proud of my accomplishments to date

... pretty darn impressive if I must say so myself but I am still puffy so I still have a lot of fat burning and metabolism boosting to go but GOODNESS look how far I've come in a little over a year! Yes I am most certainly promoting the VILIFE but as I said earlier, whatever your mode of transportation to get you to a healthier you GET ON IT! There are people who depend on you!! For me ...

... THIS IS MY LEGACY! They need me and I need them so I will do all I can within my control to assure I am here for them!

I pray this reaches and touches someone to change the way they eat and live so that those that love them can feel safe in saying you are doing all you can to assure you'll be around for a long time! I know that's my plan!!
