3rd Time's a Charm - Trying Flat twists again

Natural Hair struggles ... what naturalist doesn't have them?? When I decided to let my hair grow I didn't realize it would be this much work! It's gotten to that in-between length and I'm battling shrinkage in this Type 4 hair of mine! So now my question is What to do, what to do?? I wash/conditioned with VO5 Moisture Milks Passion Fruit Smoothie as recommended by my daughter and deep conditioned with Smooth n Shine Olive & Tea Tree nourishing deep recovery conditioner that had my scalp tingling. I love that feeling!

Baby girl told me to do the next set of 2 strand flat twist wet with the usual products added so that I should NOT have to add anything when I take them apart. She also said to use oiled hands to pull the flat twists apart and style to my desire. I'm a bit excited about this 3rd try as I've followed the instructions given to a t!!

Yes, you see that good Wal-Mart bag *laughs*!! My daughter said ALL REAL NATURALIST use that bag so to fit in that's what I did. Keep in mind, I do have a bunch of clear plastic caps for these moments. SMH

I did notice I have a totally different curl pattern on the top than I do in the back which I find really interesting. *shrugs* Oh well, we shall see tomorrow what it will look like and I'll be sure to post the end result.
