TEAM NO DAYS OFF! I'm ALL in!!

So I've decided that EVERY day until June 16, when my vacation begins, I will walk/jog, workout/exercise at least once a day and post pictures. THAT IS A MUST, this is my accountability to myself. Picture #1 is this mornings 'GET FIT' moment. My walk/jog was cut down by 7 minutes, the usual 30 was 23! PROUD MUCH? YES! Upon arrival to the house I did 60 crunches w/ legs raised, 40 bicycles for the oblique muscles and 40 leg raises for the lower abdominal area. A quick yet sweaty 40 minutes of my time before work to get my body going. My post workout meal was, of course, a ViShake that was made with 1/2 of a banana, 1/2 cup of granola & raison bran cereal ... I was TRULY good after that!!

After a LONG 9 hours at work helping curvy DIVAS spend their money and look fabulous I came home for workout #2. I used my good ole Leslie Sansone fat burning and arm sculpting 1 mile, 15 minute program using handweights, 60 crunches, 40 bicycles and 40 leg raises. My abs are on FIRE right now!

I am an avid member of Team Sweat where we believe in making FAT CRY!! There are no days off from exercise! My new life depends on and feeds off of getting fit and remaining healthy. My post workout ViShake was a plain blueberry pomegranate shake. Nothing fancy, just a little something to replenish my body before I lay it down. Nothing heavy but full of EVERYTHING my body needs to function properly. THAT'S the VILIFE ... Watch me work this 10 lbs!! Care to join me?
